Meet the Founders
They say the best things in life aren’t planned; they are found in the moments when you are simply showing up for others. Our journey didn’t begin in a boardroom or a coffee shop, but on a mission trip thousands of miles from home in 2023, where two paths from two different worlds unexpectedly crossed.
Malorie, a girl from the United States, traveled to Uganda on mission with an open heart to serve. Moses, a man from Uganda, was faithfully serving within his local community. It was there — in the shared work of ministry, prayer, and service — that they met.
Our Story
Coming from different countries, the odds were stacked against us from the start. Our early days weren't filled with easy dates, but with the hurdles of distance, the beautiful (and sometimes confusing) nuances of our different cultures, and the quiet resilience of a love that had to grow across oceans. What began in service slowly grew into something deeper, rooted in faith and sustained by calling.
If it weren’t for that mission trip in 2023, our lives — and this business — would never have intertwined. That shared purpose gave us more than just a meeting; it gave us a foundation of devotion. We learned early on that when you are united by a common calling, no boundary is too wide to bridge.
Today, Malorie and Moses Nabajja are married, and Nabajja Hope Missions and Travel is the fruit of that journey. For us, stepping into entrepreneurship wasn’t just about launching a venture; it was about answering a call to foster genuine community and amplify the message of God’s Word across nations.
We noticed a longing — a quiet whisper across different communities — for spaces where faith could be openly discussed, stories could be shared, and support could be tangible. We envisioned a world where geographical boundaries or denominational differences wouldn’t hinder the power of the collective spirit. We saw a need for a platform that wasn’t just about hearing the Word, but actively living it together through mutual encouragement and collaborative growth.
And so, Nabajja Hope Missions and Travel was born. Our mission is simple, yet profound: to create opportunities for individuals and groups to serve, learn, grow, and live out the Gospel in a way that is personal, relational, and deeply transformative. We believe that when people come together, united by a shared spiritual foundation, incredible things happen. Walls come down, understanding grows, and the very fabric of society is strengthened. We are dedicated to providing the tools and resources that transform isolation into interaction and passive listening into active participation.
